It has been a while, friends! What better way to start off some new posts than a post about Cinnabon-like GF cinnamon rolls?! (Really if you have a better idea, let me know…)
The recipe can be found here. Instead of margarine, we (ok, who am I kidding. My husband made these.) used butter. Then, for the topping, Joe made frosting with almond milk, powdered sugar, and unicorn dust (because that is what it tasted like).
Oh, yes, and the picture above is of the cinnamon rolls before they entered the oven. My camera was just not quick enough to catch the rolls before they were devoured (and by devoured, I mean licked clean off the pan).
